Research on Load Friendly Interactive Technology for Safe Operation of UHV Interconnected Power Grid

摘要

Abstract

Considering the fact that large power grid has been developed into an interconnected power grid system with strong DC and weak AC, this paper simulated its development trend after a failure of the UHV transmission channel occurred, and, put forward the load the general idea of friendly interaction to support UHV interconnected power grid’s safe operation. A series of control modes were analyzed such as the millisecond load fast cutting, second-level load group control, and minute-level conventional load, In additon, this paper expounded the key technology of load friendly interaction, and put forward the forms of realization, i.e. the system architecture, business model and the implementation process. Finally, this paper introduced the engineering practice and business model implemented by Jiangsu electric power company for exploring the effects of load in power grid’s friendly interaction, which plays an important supportive role in the future UHV interconnected global energy interconnection.
