Abstract
By competitive ELISA,62 284 serum samples from breeding farms,commercial farms and free-range farms of 30 districts and counties in Chongqing city were collected to detect antibodies of PPRV. The results showed that 53 062 serum samples were qualified,the individual qualification rate was 85.19%. Among these samples, the qualification rate of breeding farms was 93.67%(3 020/3 224),that of commercial farms was 86.59%(21 179/24 458)and of free-range farms was 83.41%(28 863/34 602). The immune qualification rates were all higher than the qualified level(ratio of 70%)according to the related provisions of the Ministry of Agriculture. The surveillance results showed good immune effect of PPR vaccine in Chongqing city,and also indicated good immunogenicity of the PPR vaccines.关键词
