某池塘鱼细菌感染的暴发调查
An Outbreak Investigation on Fish Bacterial Infections in a Pond
摘要
Abstract
The mass mortality of freshwater fish fries in one artificial pond was found in Dalian city of Liaoning province. In order to find out its causes, the pathogens were isolated and identified. As a result, one strain of pathogenicAeromonas hydrophila and one strain ofPlesiomonas shigelloides were isolated from the fish died from the disease. Then the samples of fish feed and pond environment were examined by bacteria counting and predominant bacteria screening. It was found that the total bacteria in pond bottom mud and drain pipe sewage exceeded the limit seriously and the predominant bacteria were pathogenicAeromonas hydrophila,Plesiomonas shigelloides and Morganella morganii, which were basically identical with the isolates from the mentioned dead fish. Thereby, the reason of bacterial infection of fish in this pond could be derived from bacteria existing in pond bottom mud and drain pipe sewage.关键词
