Analysis on the Key Factors of the Construction of Rapid Screening Laboratory for the Animal and Plant Quarantine Services in Free Trade Zone Based on Real Practices in Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone

Abstract
It is necessary to build rapid screening laboratory for animal and plant quarantine services in free trade zone(FTZ). Based on the status and demands of animal and plant quarantine services in Qianhai Shekou FTZ,the elements towards building such laboratories were analyzed and explored. According to the analysis,the main function of such laboratories were identified,including rapid screening and inspection and quarantine,bio-safety surveillance, and being a platform for technical exchange. In order to provide reference for the construction of the rapid screening laboratory in FTZ,preliminary suggestions on construction standard of the lab,quality control and bio-safety were proposed at the end.关键词
