摘要
Abstract
With continuous development of computer science and network technology,in terms of fabrication, accessibility and preservation,the traditional paper files have already been unable to catch up with the information age,which has the characteristics of quick information transferring,high efficiency of information sharing and large capacity of information storing. In this article,the management system of electronic case archives developed by Henan animal health supervision system were introduced,in which the electronic archives could be generated automatically. The management system of electronic archives plays an important role in raising law-enforcement efficiency,increasing confidentiality of case files,facilitating analysis and statistics,being convenient for the mechanism of linking judicial enforcement with administrative enforcement,and timely conducting the evaluation. Meanwhile,the system builds a new pattern of case management,due to its efficiency,accuracy and economy.关键词
