动物医学专业学生毕业实习的轮岗模式改革探索
Exploration on the Reform of Work-shift System for Veterinary Medicine Majors during Their Internships
摘要
Abstract
Internships are important step towards the future career,as well as an integral part of veterinary education. According to its current situation and main existing problems,the work-shift system for graduates in training bases of animal disease control centers were analyzed. The following aspects were discussed,containing the timing of internship,post setting,work-shift procedures and the routine management of work-shift field practice,which aimed at providing reference for the reform of practical teaching for the internship of graduates in veterinary medicine major.关键词
