传染性皮下及造血器官坏死病毒诱导南美白对虾抗白斑综合征病毒感染的初步研究

Abstract
In order to study the antiviral immune response ofPenaeus vannamei,after being infected by infectious hypodermal and hematopoietic necrosis virus(IHHNV)and white spot syndrome virus(WSSV),the interaction mechanism was explored by analyzing the morbidity and mortality rates of experimental animals. It was found that when Penaeusvannamei were inoculated with IHHNV in advance,followed by the infection of WSSV,survival rate was increased. Further real-time PCR assay results showed that the viral load of IHHNV was higher in live prawns than in dead ones. Through this study,an interaction between IHHNV and WSSV in the prawns was preliminarily conifrmed during coinfection of the two viruses,and the replication of WSSV could be inhibited by IHHNV.关键词
