The Integration of Geological Survey and Scientiifc Research-Understanding and Thinking of Promoting Scientiifc Innovation in Geological Industry

Abstract
This paper points out that we must achieve the high and close integration of geological survey and scientiifc research in our efforts to promoting geological technological innovation. This integration is the key step for us. And then, it is analyzed that the duality appeared in the stage of geological survey work is the source of disconnection between geological survey and scientiifc research. At the same time, some prominent problems can be seen in the attitude of mind, project deployment, and working mechanism. In response to this, this paper suggests that we should be in an effort to fostering a strong understanding of “geological survey process is the process of scientiifc research”;strengthen all-round effort to reform the working mechanism of the integration of geological survey and scientiifc research starting with organizing the implementation of the projects; enhance efforts to train the versatile talents who are familiar with geological business and have the ability of scientiifc research; and establish an institution guarantee system of all levels.关键词
