Preview on the Construction of "entrepreneurship-innovation" Talent Cultivation Base of Land and Resources under the New Normal：a Finite Study Based on the Industry Perspective of Land and Resources

Abstract
Under the background of popular entrepreneurship and innovation nowadays, the land and resources industry should adapt to the new situation and deepen actively the reform of talent cultivation system, while bases should be set up for cultivating the "entrepreneurship-innovation" talents. As to the talent cultivation, we should explore the new training mode; as to the educational entity construction, establish a college of makers on land and resources; as to the intelligent platform construction, develop a big data platform for "entrepreneurship-innovation" talents of land and resources; as to the condition security, strengthen organization and propaganda, increase investment and improve the working mechanism to join efforts.关键词
