摘要
Abstract
The paper reviews the development of the safety management system (SMS) audit and certification for ship companies in China and analyzes the changes in the past over 20 years. It also puts forward such suggestions as improving relevant regulations and documents, clarifying requirements on administrative approval, realizing management information sharing and reducing costs for audit management.关键词
