Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT three‐dimensional (3D) reconstruction in surgical treatment of acute appendicitis .Methods:Totally 64 cases were received CT scan and underwent 3D reconstruction of the appendix ,and compared with the results in surgery .Results:64 patients were included ,and 59 (92 .2% ) of them were confirmed by pathological examination . According to CT reconstruction ,the position of appendix included retro‐caecal (19 cases) ,para‐caecal (6 cases) ,infer‐caecal (11 cases) ,pelvic (2 cases) ,sub‐hepatic (1 case) ,pre‐ileal (17 cases) ,post‐ileal (8 cases) .The coincidence rate was 100% ,in which the 8 (12 .5% ) patients received a significant adjustment of incision location .Conclusions:CT 3D reconstruction of appendix can contribute to locating the incision before appendectomy ,and reducing the operational risk .关键词
