Abstract
Objective Analysis of the clinical efifcacy of 308nm excimer laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods Selected from our hospital in April 2012-April 2014 admitted during the period of 110 cases of patients with vitiligo as the object of study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment,the treatment group based on the combined with 308nm excimer laser treatment,compared two groups of patients with treatment effect. Results Treatment group total effective rate was 94.5%control group total effective rate was 67.3%, the total effective rate in the treatment group signiifcantly than that of the control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);for the treatment group,the body, face, and body have efficiency significantly than that of the control group,differences have statistical signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with vitiligo,the use of 308nm excimer laser combined with Tacrolimus Ointment treatment desirable high efifcacy,it is worth clinical promotion.关键词
