摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and side-effect of the pigmented dermatosis is treated by Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. Methods A total of 145 cases were treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. The superifcial pigmented lesions, such as freckle ,cafe-au-lait spots and senile plaques were treated using 532nm wavelength , while the Nevus of Ota and tattoo were treated with 1064nm wavelength. Results All the 145 cases of pigmented disorders obtained good results, especially those with tattoo, freckle, senile plaques. Conclusion The Q-switched Nd:YAG laser has been proven to be effective and safe in the treatment of pigmented dermatosis.关键词
