Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To provide a reference for improvement in the quality of pharmaceutical care rendered by the prescrip-tion-checking pharmacists in the outpatient pharmacy. METHODS:The existing problems,opportunity and challenge in the pharma-ceutical care of the prescription-checking pharmacists in our hospital were analyzed on the basis of the specific requirements of new health-care reform for pharmacists’checking prescriptions,and relevant suggestions were put forward as to existing problems. RE-SULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The prescription-checking pharmacists in our hospital have problems to meet the requirements of new health-care reform for prescription-checking pharmacists due to their limited professional abilities,imperfect informatization soft-ware,less trust paid by patients to prescription-checking pharmacists and failure to rectify common off-label use through administra-tive intervention. It is suggested that the on-the-job training of the prescription-checking pharmacists be strengthened,informatiza-tion software be improved,importance be attached to the interaction among doctors,pharmacists and patients and the hospital poli-cy support be strengthened to meet the requirements of new health-care reform,embodying the pharmacists’professional value and promoting rational drug use.关键词
