清咽利肺散剂的止咳、化痰、抗炎和止痛作用研究
Study on the Effects of Relieving Cough,Reducing Phlegm,Inhibiting Inflammatory and Relieving Pain of Qingyan Lifei Powder

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Qingyan lifei powder(QYLFP)on relieving cough,reducing phlegm,in-hibiting inflammatory and relieving pain. METHODS:The mice were divided into model group,positive control group (Yanjian-ning tablet,0.29 g/kg),QYLFP low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups (13.7,27.3,54.6 g/kg),with 10 mice in each group. Model group was given constant volume of normal saline intragastrically,and treatment groups were given relevant medi-cine intragastrically,once a day,for 7 days. After medication,the effects of relieving cough,reducing phlegm,anti-inflammatory and analgesic of QYLFP were investigated through ammonia-induced cough method,phenol red method,xylene-caused mice ear edema test and acetic acid writhing test. RESULTS:Compared with model group,the cough times of those groups decreased signif-icantly,except for QYLFP low-dose group;the cough incubation period in QYLFP high-dose group prolonged significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The phenol red excretion amount and writhing times within 20 min of mice decreased significantly and ear edema relieved significantly in positive control and QYLFP high-dose group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS:QYLFP has good ef-fects on relieving acough,reducing sputum and inhibiting inflammatory and relieving pain.关键词
