连翘药材的高效液相色谱特征图谱研究
Study on the Characteristic Fingerprint of Forsythiae Fructus by HPLCΔ

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC characteristic fingerprint for the quality control of Forsythiae Fructus.METHODS:Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm) was adopted, the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile(A) and water(B) with a gradient elution solvent system with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.The Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( version 2004 A ) was used to calculate the similarity of the HPLC characteristic fingerprint of Forsythiae Frucuts from different habitats.RESULTS: HPLC characteristic fingerprint was established with six common characteristic peaks based on the analysis of 14 batches of Forsythiae Frucuts Five common characteristic peaks were identified as rutin, forsythoside A, forsythin, quercetin, and arctigenin. CONCLUSIONS:The established method shows good characteristics, specificity, and repeatability, which can provide a scientific basis for the identification and quality control of Forsythiae Frucuts.关键词
