目的：通过网络药理学方法，探讨黄连解毒汤治疗肝炎和肝纤维化的作用机制。方法：结合TDT数据库和PharmMapper Server数据库，筛选出黄连解毒汤的作用靶点；利用OMIM数据库，分别筛选出肝炎和肝纤维化的疾病作用靶点；将以上数据导入PPI数据库进行综合分析，进一步得出黄连解毒汤治疗肝炎和肝纤维化的“化学成分－靶点－疾病”交互网络，再将该交互网络Xgmml文件导入Cytoscapy 3．0软件进行网络可视化和各节点的拓扑参数分析，得出黄连解…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the mechanism of therapeutic action of Huanglianjiedu decoction in treatment of hepatitis and liver fibrosis through network pharmacology .
