百令胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察
Observation on Efficacy of Bailing Capsules Combined with Irbesartan in Treatment of Diabetic NephropathyΔ

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsules combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.METHODS:100 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted into Ganzhou People’s Hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 50 cases in each.The control group were treated with irbesartan, while the observation group additionally received Bailing capsules based on the control group.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.RESULTS: After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ); yet there was no significance between two groups( P>0.05 ) .The serum creatinine level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, while the urinary albumin excretion rate ( UAER) , 24h urinary protein were lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in blood urea nitrogen ( P >0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The effects of Bailing capsules combined with irbesartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable, which can help to improve the renal function of the patients and have positive significance for the prevention of renal further malignant transformation.关键词
