摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the protective effects of ulinastatin on ischemia-reperfusion injury. METHODS:72 healthy male SD rats were randomly selected to be divided into sham operation group, schemia-reperfusion injury model group and ulinastatin group, with 24 cases in each.Schemia-reperfusion injury model was established, expression changes of zonula occluden-1(ZO-1) and neurone specific enolase(NSE) in brain tissues of three groups were detected.RESULTS: Compared with schemia-reperfusion injury model group, expression of ZO-1 protein in ulinastatin group significantly increased, while NSE decreased significantly, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Ulinastatin can play a protective role in the brainm by inhibiting the increased cerebral ischemia and reperfusion brain barrier permeability, and reducing expression of NSE;and its protective blood-brain barrier may be related to upregulation expression of ZO-1 protein.
