Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of clomiphene citrate, human menopausal gonadotropin <br> and human chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility.METHODS: 60 patients with endocrine dysfunctional infertility admitted into Yingtan People’s Hospital from Jan.2013 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 30 cases in each.The control group were treated with estrogen and progesterone, while the observation group received clomiphene citrate, human menopausal gonadotropin and human chorionic gonadotropin.The treatment effects of two groups were compared. RESULTS:After treatment, the serum luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone of two groups increased significantly, and the increase range of observation group was larger, with statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) .After treatment of three cycles, the ovulation rate, pregnancy rate of observation group were respectively 90.00%(27/30)and 63.33%(19/30) , significantly higher than those of control group [ 66.67%( 20/30 ) and 36.67%( 11/30 ) ] , with statistical significance( P <0.05 ) .The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%( 28/30 ) , significantly higher than that of control group [ 70.00%( 21/30 ) ] , with statistical significance ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS:Clomiphene citrate, human menopausal gonadotropin and human chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of endocrine dysfunctional infertility can effectively improve the level of sex hormone, improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.关键词
