Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Tongluoyishen decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.METHODS:56 patients admitted into Longyan the First People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from Jul.2014 to May 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the order of the patient’s doctor, with 28 cases in each.The control group were treated with lotensin, while the observation group received Tongluoyishen decoction, the treatment effects of two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment, the level of urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, microalbuminuria and fasting blood glucose of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%(26/28), significantly higher than that of control group [64.29%(18/28)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Tongluoyishen decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly improve the renal function and reduce the blood glucose of patients.关键词
