Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of promoting blood circulation Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) injections in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang TCM College ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) .METHODS:The top 10 promoting blood circulation TCM injections ranked by consumption amount during 2013-2015 were collected, 600 inpatient medical orders were randomly extracted(20 orders every variety every year)to conduct the evaluation and analysis in terms of medication indications, usage and dosage and drug combination,etc..RESULTS: Of the 600 medical orders, the top 10 promoting blood circulation TCM injections ranked byconsumption amount was 673 cases, mainly for department of cardiovascular medicine, neurologyhas and metabolicendocrinology with the application rate of 18.87%(127 cases), 15.16%(102 cases) and 12.63%(85 cases).Theuse intensity of promoting blood circulation TCM injections in emergency department was the highest during 2013-2015.Perioperative application strength were controlled year by year in department of gynaecology, orthopaedics andhepatobiliary surgery.The irrational application were mainly irrational indications, usage and dosage, improperselection of solvent and drug combination.CONCLUSIONS: The application of promoting blood circulation TCMinjections are relatively wide in our hospital, yet there are still some irrational phenomenon as indications, usage anddosage, drug combination.It is necessary to further strengthen the intervention and rectification to graduallystandardize the clinical application of promoting blood circulation TCM injections, ensure the treatment effects andreduce adverse drug reactions.关键词
