Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application rationality of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) injections in Changshou the First People’s Hospital( hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”) , so as to provide reference for the promotion of rational application of TCM injections in clinic.METHODS: Evaluation and analysis was conducted on the application status of TCM injections in inpatient medical orders of our hospital in 2015 according to the hospital information system.RESULTS:3 419 inpatient medical orders were investigated, of which 747 cases were irrational drug use, the irrational rate was 21.85%.However, the irrational rate was in a increase trend from 63.33%(190/300) in Jan.to 90.83%( 307/338 ) in Dec..Irrational drug use were mainly performed as inappropriate drug combination and improper usage and dosage.CONCLUSIONS: The clinicians are suppose to strengthen the theory of TCM knowledge, and strictly in accordance with the instructions and standardized medication;meanwhile, the clinical pharmacists should strengthen communication with clinicians and strengthen the prescription audit; so as to establish evaluation mechanisms to promote prescription review and comprehensive intervention mode of operation, and a full range to promote the rational application of TCM injections.关键词
