Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmaceutical care for patients with agranulocytosis induced by short-term use of thiamazole, and to summarize the experiences and perspectives.METHODS: To introduce the treatment process of a patient with hyperthyroid heart disease participated by clinical pharmacists;the clinical pharmacists analyzed the agranulocytosis and thrombocytopenia during treatment and put forward rational intervention measures.RESULTS:With the participation of the clinical pharmacists, the neutrophil count of patients were gradually increased, and the patients got better with time.CONCLUSIONS: The clinical pharmacists play their full part in pharmaceutical care for patients with agranulocytosis induced by short-term use of thiamazole and give early intervention and suitable symptomatic treatment for patients, which improve the effectiveness and safety of drug treatment.关键词
