65例巨大淋巴结增生症临床病理分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features,diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of Castleman’s disease,and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods 65 cases of Castleman’s disease were observed by light microscopy,immunohistochemical markers and clinical pathological analysis and treatment outcome. Results The expression of CD20、CD21、Kappa、lambda、CD38、CD138 were positive in the patients with Castleman’s disease. 63 cases were focal type, includ⁃ing 2 cases of malignant change, 1 case of malignant transformation of diffuse large B cell lymphoma, 1 case of malignant change of vascular endothelial cell sarcoma. All 63cases were relieved after chemotherapy. Two cases of multicentric type was CHOP therapy. Conclusion Giant lymph node hyperplasia is a junction of lymph pro⁃liferative disease Multicenter type is often a vicious outcome. Surgical resection is the main treatment of the disease with better prognosis. Multicenter type and malignant change require active systemic chemo⁃ therapy.关键词
