摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the distribution of T cells and Th cells in the peripheral blood of male immune-related infertility patients and to reveal the immune state of male immune-related infertility. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the distribution of T cell subsets in the peripheral blood of male immune-related infertility patients.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR ( RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of IFN-γand IL-4, which were effector of Th1 and Th2 at the gene transcription level.Results The results of flow cytometry showed that the percentage of CD3 +T cells and CD8 +T cells in lymphocytes in immune-related infertility patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls.The percentage of CD4 +T cells in lymphocytes was significantly decreased, and the ratio of CD4/CD8 cells in immune-related infertility was decreased and inversion.The difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .RT-PCR test results showed that the expression of IFN-γmRNA in immune-related infertility group was significantly up-regulated, and the expression of IL-4 mRNA was significantly lower than that of normal control.The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The immune system of male immune-related infertility has prominent T lymphocyte dysfunction and Th cell&nbsp;differentiation is shifted to Th1 direction and Th1 cell polarization.
