摘要
Abstract
Follicular helper T ( Tfh ) cells are the specialized CD4 +T cell subsets, which mainly reside in the germinal center ( GC) .Tfh cells play critical“helper” function in the process of activation and differentiation of B cells, and producing immunoglobulin.Normal expression of Tfh cells in human is essential for maintaining the normal immune response, as well as the stability of homestasis.Abnormal expression and/or dysfunction of Tfh cells are involved in the development of autoimmune diseases, which would result in the abnormal expression of antibodies.Therefore, an understanding and research of the appropriate mechanism and function of Tfh cells in these autoimmune diseases may help us better understand these diseases, which might provide good insights into disease therapy.关键词
