摘要

Abstract

With the increase of unit capacity of thermal power units, requirements for steam turbine control system are also getting higher, of which steam turbine stress control has become one of an important part of 1 000 MW steam turbine control. This paper analyzes the stress calculation of 1 000 MW turbines, tempera-ture probe arrangement, stress calculation logic implementation and effect of stress on the unit load margin. In combination with abnormalities of stress protection action, the stress control and protection of the 1 000 MW steam turbine are analyzed and optimized to provide a reference for the control of the same type units.
