Purifying Effect of Five Kinds of Rural Sewage Treatment Technologies

Abstract
Objective] To screen the optimal technology of rural domestic sewage treatment.[Method] Five common rural domestic sewage treatment techniques were adopted, which were MBR, SBR, HyWaT composite biological water, pulse multilayer composite filter material biolog-ical filter, and DSP-SH(A2/O).Continuous monitoring for one year was carried out in Taihu Lake watershed.The treatment effects of different technologies on COD, TP, TN and ammonia nitrogen in domestic sewage were analyzed and compared .[ Result] Five common rural domestic sewage treatment techniques could all significantly reduced the COD , TP, TN and ammonia nitrogen concentrations in domestic sewage , which reached the B standard of level 1 of effluent quality.Among them, pulse multilayer composite filter material biological filter had the optimal re-moval efficiency to pollutant, which could obtain more than 64% COD removal rate and 90% ammonia nitrogen removal rate.Its operation was the most stable.[Conclusion] This research provides scientific basis and reference for the rural domestic sewage treatment.关键词
