摘要

Abstract

Main problems about using substation configuration description (SCD) files in smart substations are analyzed.A multi-dimensional information section decoupling scheme of SCD model is put forward to simplify and optimize the using and management of SCD files.Physical decoupling and logical decoupling of SCD are discussed.Three decoupling schemes of SCD model based on communication access point,bay and application are proposed.The methods of grouping intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) into different bays and managing the bay-crossed configuration data based on the system specification description(SSD) model are the main focus.Then the SCD file is decoupled into several bay configuration views or bay configuration description(BCD)files.By rationally designing the rules of application recognition of configuration data,an SCD file is decoupled into different applications such as automation,protection,metering,etc.,and managed with separated application views.The developing and application mode associated with the above three decoupling schemes of SCD model are discussed in detail,which will guide the manufacturer to develop the function module of SCD file decoupling in the system configuration tool.
