表面活性剂强化曝气二维模型试验系统研制及应用
Development and application of 2 D model test system for surfactant-enhanced air sparging

Abstract
In order to study the mechanism of surfactant-enhanced air sparging ( SEAS) , a laborato-ry 2D model test system for SEAS is developed. The system is mainly composed of model box, wa-ter tank, air compressor, air pressure and flow control system, surfactant tank, and data recorder ( PC) . A surfactant pre-saturated air sparging ( AS) test and a SEAS test are conducted, respective-ly,to study the air flow behavior and MTBE removal effect. The results show that the air flow rate is increased linearly with the increase of air injection pressure when the air injection pressure exceeds the inlet pressure;when the air injection flow rate is 0. 5 L/min, the influenced zone of AS is rela-tively large and will be increased limitedly with the air injection flow rate increasing; after SEAS, the distribution zone of MTBE gets larger, while the concentration of MTBE becomes more uniform, and the total average concentration of MTBE is significantly decreased.关键词
