摘要
Abstract
In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the Rules of the Library in Colleges and Universities(2015 Edition) with the Rules of the Library in Colleges and Universities (Revised)(2002 Edition)>,it is concluded that the revised edition upholds the concept of people-oriented and managing the museum according to law,it enhanced the protection on library personnel and material aspects,and proposd updated and higher requirements of the university library service range and service mode.关键词
