Abstract
In the management of colleges the administrative personnel plays an important role in affecting the management and development of colleges. In the aspects of cultivating of socialist core values,connotating construction of higher education,network security ideology and modernizing the management system,the administrative personnel of colleges and universities should have a heavy responsibility,and should think deeply and practice hard.Through research ascension path and method of vocational ability in colleges to enhance the professional competence of university administrators,it is helpful to continuously promote the professionalization and experts,help them combined with the actual,choose the right path and improve the capacity,and effectively improve the administrative efficiency.关键词
