Research on the Cooperation of School and Enterprise to Construct the Training Base of Undergraduate Talents for Service
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of modern service industry and increased competition,the relevant industrial structure and professional structure of the adjustment is more and more frequent,the demand for application oriented undergraduate talent is more urgent,and the requirements are higher. However,the existing service oriented undergraduate training mode basically follows the traditional teaching mode,which is not conducive to the cultivation of high quality application oriented undergraduate talents. Therefore, through the construction of training base of school enterprise collaborative service application-oriented talents, strengthen cooperation,innovation training mode,is of great significance to promote the application of high-quality personnel training quality of undergraduate service.关键词
