Abstract
The scientific research level is the key to the survival and development of the universities, which is the basic sign of the comprehensive soft power. Scientific research project management is an important guarantee for scientific research work in universities,the level of which directly affects the quantity and quality of scientific research results. In this paper, through the process reengineering theory,transforms the procession of scientific research project management,and puts forward the specific business process and business standards,and make the management of scientific research funds of university can be carried out better.关键词
