Which is Superior:FDI or R & D Investment?-Based on the Prospective of China's Innovation Development Strategy
本文基于PVAR模型，对中国外资引进、自主研发以及创新发展三者之间的相互影响进行分析。实证结果表明，“以市场换技术”的创新政策并没有过时，仍然能够带动中国创新能力提升，研发投入可以促进本土创新能力发展。然而，伴随着研发投入增长率加大，创新能力并没有同步提高。中国还缺乏相应基础设施，并不能高效地利用研发资金，政府应当对研发投入力度的加大持谨慎态度。此外，外资引进会对地区研发造成“挤出效应”，从长远角度来看，中国应当逐步摆脱对外资的依赖，做到切实提高自身创新能力。
Based on the PVAR model,this paper makes the analysis of the mutual influence of FDI,R&D investment and innovation.The empirical results show that the “exchange market for technology”policy is not outdated,but will still promote Chinese enterprises' innovation capacity;R&D investment will lead to the development of indigenous innovation capability,however,accompanied by a change rate of R&D investment,the innovation did not improve synchronizatio…查看全部>>
