Does Geographical Location Affect Industrial Pollution Emissions?- Based on Spatial Distance Perspective

Abstract
This paper focused on the relationship between geographical location and industrial pollution emissions and described the spatial distribution of industrial pollution emissions in China.By using the panel data of cities at prefecture level and above,empirical results show that the industrial pollution emissions of China cluster around Beijing,Shanghai and Hong Kong,and in smaller regions,the regional core cities also have the ability of agglomeration.Only the region centering on Shanghai appears the secondary peak of industrial pollution emissions,while the regional core cities near Hong Kong have a stronger agglomeration effect.关键词
