Does Rail Transit Development Stimulate Industry Decentralization in Beijing?
本文基于三次经济普查和第二次基本单位普查数据，利用空间双重差分（SDID）模型，探讨发展轨道交通能否促进北京产业扩散。研究表明：（1）面对轨道交通网络扩张，服务业倾向于集聚在北京城市中心；制造业更依赖地面交通，轨道交通对其产业分布影响不显著。（2）就服务业细分行业而言，随着轨道交通网络扩张，生活服务业扩散到北京郊区；生产性服务业进一步集聚到中心区；公共服务业对轨道交通发展不敏感。（3）就生产性服务业细分行业而言，金融业倾向于向市中心进一步集聚；交…查看全部>>
