University President Management Professionalization and the Improvement of Inner Leadership System of Universities
摘要
Abstract
Based on the historical carding,it could be found that the university leadership system of"President Responsibility System Guided by Party′s Committee Leadership"is the key characteristic of China′s modern university system.It was formed after the long time adjustment of the relationship be-tween the government and the university.During the process of promoting the modernization of university governance,it is one of the most important issues to make the university president take the responsibility of managing the university under the leadership of Party′s Committee.However,the system doesn′t effectively promote the president engage himself and play a key role in university governance.Too much obscure room is left to him.Therefore,president management specialization should solve the problems of university presidents′motivation,power and capability.It′s an impor-tant path to perfect the inner leadership system of Chinese universities.关键词
