The Transformation of Government Responsibility in the Process of University President Management Professionalization
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of national governance transformation,the responsibility orientation of government is challenged in the system of university president management.Actually,the govern-ment take unlimited responsibilities in the system of university president management based on the management logic and corresponding institutional arrangements.Facing the actual demand of higher education management system and management modernization,the government should seek a govern-ance model with limited responsibilities and relocate the professional management of university presi-dents under the limited responsibilities of the government.Reasonable policy tools should be chosen to realize the transformation from unlimited responsibilities to limited responsibilities of the government.关键词
