脊柱截骨矫形技术治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧后凸临床疗效和安全性分析
Analysis of the clinical efficacy and safety of spinal osteotomy technique in treatment of adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of spinal osteotomy technique in adolescents with idiopathic scol ‐iosis(AIS) .Methods The clinical data of 64 cases with AIS treated in the hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were retrospective analyzed ,who were divided into study group and control group according to the operation methods .The 36 cases who were given spinal osteotomy technique were treated as the study group ,and the other 28 cases who were given spinous process hook reset tech‐nique were treated as the control group .The clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups .Results The differences in the spine coronal Cobb angle and spinal offset distance were not statistically significant between the two groups (P> 0 .05) .While after operation ,spine coronal Cobb angle and spinal offset distance of the study group were sig ‐nificantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0 .05) .The incidence rate of complications after operation in the study group was 2 .78% ,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (28 .57% ) (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The clinical effect of spinal osteotomy technique in treatment of adolescents with AIS is significant ,safe and effective ,which can effectively shorten the treatment time .It is worthy to be popularized in the department of orthopedics .关键词
