羟乙基淀粉联合呋塞米治疗小儿肾病综合征合并重度水肿的临床研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect and main points of nursing of hydroxyethyl starch combined with furosemide in treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome complicated with severe edema .Methods A total of 50 children with nephrotic syndrome complicated with severe edema from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and according to the treatment sequence , they were divided into the experimental group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases) .The experimental group was treated with hydroxyethyl starch combined with furosemide treatment ,and control group was treated with dextran treatment .The clinical cura‐tive effect of the two groups was observed and main points of nursing were summarized .Results The effective rates of control group and experimental group were 48 .0% and 80 .0% ,respectively .And the rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0 .05) .In the control group ,the scores of clinical services satisfaction on the knowledge publici‐ty ,reasonable drug use ,skin cleaning ,diet guidance and prevention of complications were significantly lower than that of the experi ‐mental group(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Hydroxyethyl starch combined with furosemide in treatment of children with nephrotic syn ‐drome complicated with severe edema could accelerate urination ,and families of children feel more satisfied for the clinical service , which has better efficacy .关键词
