摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the correlation of protocadherin‐20 (PCDH20) ,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) pro‐tein and clinical pathological indicators in patients with lung cancer .Methods A total of 60 cancer tissue samples were collected as research group by surgical resection from August 2013 to July 2015 ,and 10 healthy lung tissue samples were selected as control group .Expression of PCDH20 and VEGF were detected and compared between the two groups .The correlation of level of PC‐DH20 ,VEGF protein ,age ,gender ,lesion site ,clinical stage ,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis were analyzed .Results The positive rates of PCDH20 and VEGF in research group were significantly higher than the control group (P< 0 .05) .The ex‐pression of PCDH20 and VEGF protein were correlated with clinical stage ,and lymph node metastasis (P < 0 .05) .While the ex‐pression of PCDH20 and VEGF protein were not correlated with the patients′ age ,sex and lesion sites (P> 0 .05) .Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that clinical stage ,and lymph node metastasis were the factors affecting the expression of PCDH 20 and VEGF (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Clinical stage ,and lymph node metastasis have a closed correlation with the expression of PCDH 20 and VEGF protein .关键词
