实木数控雕刻加工质量优化研究
Research on processing quality optimization of solid wood CNC carving
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the CNC carving quality of solid wood furniture, the processing craft of CNC carving was optimized, and a set of process rules suitable for CNC carving of solid wood furniture production were explored and ana⁃lyzed. The influence of cutting tool path spacing, feed speed ratio, timber species, and the moisture content of wood on the carving quality was analyzed through the orthogonal experiment method and the control variable method under the premise of not changing the cutting tools and the experiment machine. The results showed that the smaller the cutting tool path spacing and the ratio of the feed speed,the better the carving quality;and the cutting tool path spacing is a crucial factor for carving quality;the moisture content of wood within the permission scope makes no difference to the carving quality; and the difference among the timber species has a great influence on the carving quality. With other experimental conditions being the same, the wood with higher density,higher hardness and more meticulous texture has a better carving quality. The optimization study of CNC carving processing has certain effects to guide the production of fur⁃niture enterprises.关键词
