摘要

Abstract

Vibrating wire theory provides a high accuracy alignment method,applying vibrating wire theory to magnets pre-alignment on a girder will greatly increase the alignment accuracy between the magnets.This paper introduces briefly the pre-a-lignment scheme of magnets on a girder.According to the scheme and the vibrating wire theory,it introduces a scheme of data acquisition and processing for a vibrating wire system.This paper also analyses and solves the key problems including sensor work point alignment,wire current measurement,data acquisition devices selection,magnetic induction intensity calculation and mag-netic center calculation.Finally,it presents the experiments of feasibility and accuracy verification.
