补肾养肝祛邪方治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝肾阴虚证临床研究
Clinical Study on the Efficacy of Bushen Yanggan Quxie Formula for Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B of Liver and Kidneys Yin Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Bushen Yanggan Quxie formula on patients with chronic hep-atitis B of liver and kidneys yin deficiency. Methods:Seventy patients with chronic hepatitis B of liver and kidneys deficiency who met with the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,with 35 patients in each group. In the control group,patients were given oral administration of entecavir dispersible tablets,while in the treatment group,patients were given oral administration of ente-cavir dispersible tablets and Bushen Yanggan Quxie granules. The treatment lasted for 24 weeks. After the treatment,patients in both groups were compared on difference of clinical effect. Results:The effects in the treatment group were better than that in the control group,including relieving clinical symptoms,improving liver function,increasing the negative rate of HBeAg and positive rate of HBeAb,lowering HBV-DNA level, reducing the liver elasticity value(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.4%,and in the control group was 54.3% with obvious difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Bushen Yanggan Quxie formula with entecavir dispersible tablets has a significantly higher efficacy in protecting the liver ,relieving clinical symptoms,and increasing the clinical curative effect in patients with chronic hepatitis B of liver and kidneys yin deficiency,than entecavir dispersible tablets alone.关键词
