Abstract
Objective:Using descriptive analysis to summarize the experience of Professor QI Yuanfu treating gastrointestinal tumor. Methods:Through retrospective study,60 cases of gastrointestinal tumor with 308 for-mulas by Professor QI Yuanfu were collected. The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system was applied to establish a database. Results and conclusion:The herbs with the highest frequency are Chen-pi,Yiyiren,Qingbanxia. The properties of the herbs mainly were warm,bitterness and sweet. The meridians mostly involved are spleen and lung meridians. Herbs to tonify and clear heat were the most commonly ap-plied. There were 7 types of herbs usually used:herbs to tonify,to clear heat and detoxicate,to resolve phlegm,stop cough and asthma,to promote urination and drainage,to resolve dampness,to regulate Qi,to ac-tivate blood circulation and resolve blood stasis. In clinical ,disease differentiation and syndrome differentia-tion were combined,and based on the state of healthy Qi and evil Qi,the primary and the secondary,and properties of herbs,the proper herbs were chosen.关键词
