孙伟运用补肾清利活血法治疗慢性肾脏病经验
Professor SUN Wei Using Tonifying Kidney,Clearing and Promoting Urination,and Ac-tivating Blood Stasis to Postpone the Development of Chronic Kidney Disease
摘要
Abstract
Professor SUN Wei holds that kidney deficiency is the disease mechanism for kidney disease. For the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease ( CKD ) , Professor SUN holds that based on the wholism,syndrome differentiation and treatment should be applied,and should be in combination with the disease symptoms,that is,the macro-level and micro-level should be considered together. He proposes that deficiency of spleen and kidney with accumulation of dampness and stasis is the key of the disease mecha-nism,and the treatment should be tonifying kidney,with clearing damp-heat,activating blood circulation and purging turbidity. By doing this,Qi activity can be regulated and evil Qi can be driven out,and at last,Yin and Yang in a relative equilibrium can be achieved ,all the organs was harmonized with each another. CKD in stage Ⅲ is the disease of middle stage. Deficiency of spleen and kidney are the root while damp-heat, blood stasis and turbidity are the branch. Therefore,when treating the disease,Professor SUN Wei always tonifies kidney first,with clearing heat,removing dampness,promoting blood circulation,purging turbidity,even detoxification.关键词
