摘要
Abstract
As its characteristics of high efficiency,easy manipulation and low cost,the clustered regular-ly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR -associated (Cas)9 system has been widely used in precise modification of plant genome,which is regarded as a molecular tool with a broad application prospect.A detailed protocol of targeted mutagenesis of starch synthase regulatory factor gene ZmRSR1 in maize using the CRISPR/Cas9 system was provided,which might give a reference for site -directed modifica-tion of maize genome.关键词
