一株高效解磷菌的筛选、鉴定及解磷特性研究

摘要
Abstract
The soil sample of saline -alkali land in Huangdao was collected to isolate and screen high phosphate -solubilizing bacteria,then the screened strain was identified and its improving effects on saline -alkali land were determined.The results showed that six phosphate -solubilizing bacterial strains were isola-ted,among which,PC02 had the highest phosphate -solubilizing capacity with the available phosphorus con-tent of 80.3 mg/L.Combined with the analyses of morphological,physiological and biochemical characteris-tics,16S rDNA sequence and phylogenetic tree,PC02 was identified as Bacillus megaterium.It had the func-tions of reducing pH value and improving available phosphorus content of saline -alkali land.关键词
